The blade angle is fully adjustable from the tractor seat, allowing operators to adapt quickly to changing ground conditions without interrupting work. This hydraulic control enhances efficiency during grading, surface leveling, and material redistribution, making the Rear Blade LBP suitable for maintaining farm roads, yards, drainage areas, and cultivated land.
At the core of the machine is a central blade axis constructed from tempered steel 39NiCrMo3, a high-strength material selected for durability under continuous load. The axis is equipped with cemented bushings, which reduce wear and contribute to long-term structural resistance, even during heavy-duty and professional applications. This design ensures reliable performance over extended operating periods.
All blade movements are hydraulically controlled, including tilt (TILDOZER), angle (ANGLEDOZER), and offset (OFFSET) functions. For proper operation, the tractor must be equipped with three double-acting hydraulic distributors, enabling smooth and precise control of blade positioning. This full hydraulic functionality allows operators to perform accurate grading and maintenance tasks with minimal manual adjustment.
